About Plaski

Plaski Advertising is a small but mighty marketing studio that works with local businesses, brands, and organizations across Indiana and beyond. We believe marketing should be strategic, effective, and enjoyable. Our work blends thoughtful strategy with creativity, personality, and a strong sense of community.

We are looking for a Summer 2026 Intern who is curious, creative, and excited to learn. This role is ideal for someone who wants real-world marketing experience without the pressure of having everything figured out yet.

A formal marketing degree is not required. A genuine interest in marketing and a willingness to learn matter most.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with Plaski’s owner and occasional subcontractors to support a variety of marketing projects. This role offers a mix of structure, creativity, and flexibility.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with social media planning and scheduling for multiple clients

  • Writing captions and short-form copy in a variety of tones and styles

  • Brainstorming and supporting content ideas for Reels, Stories, and short-form video

  • Conducting research on trends, competitors, and content ideas

  • Helping build and organize content calendars

  • Learning how marketing strategies are developed and applied for real businesses

  • Exploring and developing your strengths, whether that is copywriting, video, strategy, or creative content

This role can evolve based on your interests and strengths.

What We Are Looking For

This is a learning-focused role, not an expert-level position.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have an interest in marketing, social media, or storytelling

  • Enjoy writing, creating content, or brainstorming ideas

  • Are organized and able to manage tasks and deadlines

  • Can adapt to different brands and industries

  • Are open to feedback and eager to learn

  • Love dogs (this part is very important)

Nice to have, but not required:

  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok

  • Interest in copywriting, video editing, or content creation

  • Any past creative work, personal projects, or school assignments related to marketing or content

Schedule and Details
  • Part-time position

  • Hours and days are flexible and negotiable

  • Summer 2026, with the possibility to extend if it is a good fit

  • Hybrid or in-office options available depending on location

Who We Are

Plaski Advertising is a boutique marketing and web studio rooted in Central Indiana. We partner with local businesses, municipalities, and growing brands to help them show up online with clarity, confidence, and strategy. Our work spans websites, paid media, SEO, email marketing, and social media, all built with a strong emphasis on relationships, trust, and results.

We are small by design, which means our clients work directly with people who care deeply about their businesses. Transparency, communication, and thoughtful strategy are at the core of everything we do.

Our Mission

Helping local businesses grow through strategic marketing that is approachable, effective, and built for the long term.

Our Values
  • Integrity & Transparency
We believe in honest communication, clear expectations, and doing what is right for our clients.

  • Strategy First
Every decision should be intentional, informed, and aligned with real business goals.

  • Accountability
We take ownership of our work, our results, and our relationships.

  • Creativity with Purpose
Marketing should be thoughtful and engaging, not flashy for the sake of it.

  • Community Focus
We value relationships, collaboration, and supporting the communities we serve.

Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Client Success Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is equal parts relationship management, strategy, and organization.

As a Client Success Manager, you will guide clients through their marketing efforts, help translate business goals into actionable strategies, and ensure projects move forward smoothly. You will collaborate closely with Plaski’s owner and trusted subcontractors while building strong, long-term client relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands digital marketing fundamentals, and wants to be a trusted advisor rather than a transactional account manager.

What You Will Do
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients

  • Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication

  • Help define and guide marketing strategies aligned with client goals

  • Coordinate projects and timelines across websites, paid media, SEO, email, and social content

  • Review performance metrics and help translate data into clear insights and recommendations

  • Identify opportunities to improve results or expand services where appropriate

  • Collaborate with internal partners and subcontractors to execute client work

  • Stay current on marketing trends and best practices to better support clients

  • Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident in their marketing investment

Required:

  • Experience in client-facing roles such as account management, project management, or marketing coordination

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts such as websites, SEO, paid ads, and social media

  • Professional, friendly, and calm communication style

  • Strong sense of ownership and follow-through

  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, or SEO tools

  • Experience presenting results or performance updates to clients

  • Background in small business or local marketing
