The Most Frequently Asked Questions
After we sit down, get to know each other, and develop your strategy or project scope that you sign off on, and payment is received, the fun immediately gets started!
If you are a project client, we require a 20% down payment to get started. After you sign off on your project being completed, the remaining money will be due within 30 days.
If you are a retainer client, we will walk through your custom marketing strategy and you will pay your retainer fee monthly.
If you need a custom payment plan, I’m more than happy to discuss it on our discovery call! And of course, you’re always welcome to pay in full, if you so prefer.
If you are a retainer client, we do not work with companies with similar services to yours in your service area.
If you are in need of a newly built website, need maintenance, or have lost access to your domain, I’m your girl!
We first get to know each other through a discovery meeting and I will have a list of carefully crafted and detailed questions to get to know your company’s processes and needs better.
You will receive a detailed outline of the project scope that includes the website elements, deliverables, price, schedule, etc. Once you approve the scope and the down payment is received, we immediately get started on your project!
The typical turnaround time from start to finish is 4 weeks (but don’t quote me! Each client’s needs are different and have different timelines).
